The \u201cQuotation\u201d content is not a\nbinding contractual proposal for Addressvitt Srl and the prices reported\ntherein are purely indicative, since they are closely linked to the continuous\nvariations in the cost of raw materials used. Addressvitt Srl therefore\nreserves the right to accept the orders formulated by the client on the basis\nof the \u201cQuotation\u201d. Client orders must be received in writing and the contract\nwill be deemed concluded at the time Addressvitt Srl will notify in writing the\nacceptance of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2<strong>)\nComplaints and Controversies<\/strong>. The defects in conformity with the supplies\nmade by Addressvitt Srl they must be denounced by the Client, by registered\nmail, within 8 days from detection. The payment of the price can not be\nsuspended or delayed by claims or exceptions, whatever the title, of the\nClient, who can notr claim any action or exception except after making the\npayment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3<strong>)\nSuspension of the execution of the contract<\/strong>. In the event that the Client\nfails or delays (over 15 days), in whole or in part, the payment of a Addressvitt\nSrl invoice, also relating to other contracts, Addressvitt Srl reserves the\nright to suspend the execution of the contract until the insolvency has been\npaid or has been provided with appropriate warranties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4)\n<strong>Competent Court<\/strong>. For any disputes concerning the validity,\neffectiveness, interpretation, execution and termination of the contract with\nAddressvitt Srl there is the exclusive competence of the Court of Milano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5)\nThe materials sent by the Customer to be processed may be stored free of charge\nat Addressvitt Srl for a period not exceeding 60 days from delivery to its\nwarehouses. Within this period the Customer will undertake to collect the\nunused materials at his expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>At\nthe end of this term, in the event of failure to collect the materials,\nAddressvitt will send them to the disposal plants without any other\ncommunication obligation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6)\nAny change regarding the timing reported in the contract, such as a different\ndelivery date of the printing files, could cause a change in the delivery scheduled;\nin this case, a new delivery date will be agreed between the parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:7pt;margin-top:60px;margin-bottom:60px;\"><em>In accordance with the law 1341 clause and 1342 clause of the Italian Civil Code, the Customer declares that he has taken the view and expressly accepts the clauses in paragraphes 2 &#8220;Complaints and Claims\u201d, 3 \u201cSuspension of the execution of the contract\u201d and 4 \u201cCompetent Court\u201d..<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GENERAL TERMS 1) Quotation \u2013 Orders \u2013 Acceptance.
